Who we are
SwitchUp Systems is the systems and software side of SwitchUp, based in Lincoln. For anything about your data, use the contact form on this site.
What we collect
When you fill in a form, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address and what you've told us about your business. If you speak to us, we may keep a note of the conversation. We don't collect anything you haven't chosen to share.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, to understand what you need, and to deliver any work you ask us to. We don't sell your information, and we don't pass it to anyone who isn't directly helping us deliver your work.
How it's stored
Your information is held securely in accounts we control, and kept only for as long as we need it. Our website is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are handled through their forms service so we receive your message.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your data.
